Data Retention

LE Transactions retains active transaction, listing, contact, worksheet, and uploaded document data while an account and its associated records remain active, or until the user deletes the relevant record or requests account deletion.
Deletion and backups
Upon a verified account-deletion request, active account data is targeted for deletion within 30 days unless retention is required by law or valid legal process. Backups and security records may persist until normal backup or log-expiry cycles complete and are not restored to an active account except for recovery, security, or legal purposes.
Connected services
Gmail access applies only to accounts a user connects; disconnecting stops future access. A future third-party integration may create data subject to that provider's own retention controls and contractual terms.
Real-estate records notice
Brokerages, agents, and clients may have retention obligations longer than this customer-controlled product lifecycle. Export and preserve records required by your broker, licensing authority, MLS, form provider, client agreement, insurer, or applicable law before deletion.
